, sulfide-poor gold ore
This type of ore is mostly quartz vein type, and there are also compound quartz vein type and fine vein disseminated type, etc. The sulfide content is small, mostly pyrite, and in some cases copper, lead, zinc, tungsten, molybdenum and other minerals are present. The natural gold particle size in this kind of ore is relatively large, and gold is the object of recycling. Other elements or minerals have no industrial value or can only be recycled as by-products. By using simple processes such as single flotation or all-sludge cyanidation, higher sorting indicators can be obtained.
Polysulfide gold ore
This type of ore contains a lot of pyrite or arsenopyrite, and they are also targets for recycling like gold. The taste of gold is low and does not change much. The natural gold particles are relatively small and are wrapped in pyrite. It is generally easier to separate gold from sulfide by flotation, but to separate gold from sulfide, a complex combined process of selection and smelting is required, otherwise the gold recovery index will not be too high.
Gold-containing polymetallic ores
In addition to gold, some of these ores contain several metal minerals such as copper, copper-lead, lead-zinc-silver, tungsten-antimony, etc., and they all have the value of being mined individually. Its characteristics are: natural gold containing a considerable amount of sulfide, in addition to close symbiosis with pyrite, most of it is closely symbiotic with copper, lead and other minerals. The natural gold is unevenly distributed in thickness and has a long range of particle size. It can be used in various types of comprehensive utilization. The above characteristics determine that this type of ore generally needs to be separated by a relatively complex mineral processing process.
, Gold telluride-containing gold ore
Gold is still mostly in the natural gold state, but a considerable part of the gold is present in gold telluride. This type of ore is mostly low-temperature hydrothermal deposits in origin, and the gangue is quartz, chalcedony quartz and carbonate minerals.
, Gold-bearing copper ore
The difference between this type of ore and the third type of ore is that the gold grade is low, but it can be used as one of the main comprehensive utilization elements. The natural gold particle size in the ore is medium, and the symbiotic relationship between gold and other minerals is complex. In mineral processing, gold is mostly concentrated in copper concentrate, and gold is recovered during copper smelting.
