Bosite's pretreatment method for arsenic-containing refractory gold ores, and new technology for removing arsenic and extracting gold from high-arsenic gold ores
To extract gold from vein gold ores, whether using hydrometallurgical methods or combined dressing and metallurgy methods, ore dressing all play an important role. The large pieces of ore mined from the mines first need to be crushed and finely ground to expose all or part of the gold-containing mineral particles (mainly natural gold) to ensure that the subsequent mineral processing and hydrometallurgical processes can proceed smoothly. When crushing, it is carried out in a format crusher and a cone crusher, and then wet grinding is carried out in a ball mill or rod mill. The coarse-grained gold ore should be ground to no larger than the fine-grained gold ore, and the gold particles in the ore should be ground to no larger than the size of the ore. If it is finer, it should be ground to no larger than the diameter. If the ore is highly oxidized and contains a lot of mud, it should be desludged through a hydrocyclone or thickener before dressing and smelting.
Vein gold ore with a gold grade of / or above can be mined. However, with the depletion of gold mines, ores with gold grades of ./ can also be mined. Usually, it is pre-enriched into gold concentrate through mineral processing, and then sent to smelting to extract gold. In the beneficiation of gold, gravity separation, flotation or combined methods are commonly used.
